2. Can I use it on carpet, hardwood, or tile floors?
Yes, all Wellfit treadmills and walking pads can be safely used on carpet, wood, or tile flooring.
3. Does the Wellfit app require a subscription? Where can I download it?
The Wellfit app is completely free. Simply download it from the Google Play Store or Apple App Store, and connect via Bluetooth. It also supports Apple Health, Zwift, and Kinomap. If you encounter issues receiving a verification code during registration, contact the Wellfit team—we’ll help you get set up.
