Refund Policy

At WELLFIT, Your Satisfaction Is Of The Utmost Importance To Us.

Returns of unused and unopened items are accepted within 30 days of purchase date, with the exception of 'As Is' items & Replacement Parts (see below). We advise that you keep your original packaging during this time. Please contact us to request a return or get information about any additional policies that may apply.

 

HOW TO QUALIFY FOR A RETURN?

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. And the original packaging must be in good condition, you’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. But if your products come in defective condition or have quality issues when delivered within 30 days, you can ask for a full/partial refund&return.

 

HOW TO START A RETURN?

Return Process

1. If you purchased the product on the official website, please contact us at service@wellfittreadmill.com.
(NOTE: If you purchased the item from a third-party platform like Amazon etc, please contact us at support@uswellfit.com, and you can get help faster.)
2. You must show a receipt or proof of purchase, we will check and contact you.
3. If your return or exchange request is approved by WELLFIT, you may receive a new product or a refund. The shipping label will be provided by WELLFIT, please do not ship them by yourself before receiving the shipping label.
4. After the warehouse receives the return inspection confirmation, the refund will be processed within 72 hours.
(If the returned items do not match the given requirements above, we will not accept the return.)
5. It may take some time for the refund to appear on your account. Processing refunds usually take 3-7 business days.

Delayed or Lost Refunds (if applicable)

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
If you haven't received your refund, please double-check your bank account.
After that, get in touch with your credit card company. It may take some time for your refund to appear on your credit card.
After that, contact your bank. Processing refunds usually take 3-7 business days.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. WELLFIT is not responsible for the shipping cost of the package returned by the customers themselves.

 

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO

1. Product from Unauthorized Reseller
2. The damage is caused by human
3. Special order
4. Sale items or gift cards
5. Giveaways or free items.

 

REPLACEMENT PARTS

Items sold 'Replacement Parts' are non-returnable, non-refundable and are absent of any product warranty. 'Replacement Parts' items will be clearly identified and marked as such on the product page prior to purchase.

 

DIGITAL PRODUCTS

Digital products, such as E-books, are ineligible for refunds once the order is confirmed. We recommend contacting us for assistance if you experience issues with receiving or downloading any digital products. Email us: service@wellfittreadmill.com.

 

REFUNDS

The refund policy applies to product purchased directly from WELLFIT Health & Fitness website (https://www.wellfittreadmill.com). If you purchased WELLFIT Health &Fitness item(s) from a different retailer, please refer to their store refund policy.

 

Receive wrong goods FREE to exchange or full refund
Damaged or missing accessories  Free to send accessories or accept a partial refund
The customer cancels the order before the package is shipped 5% of the total amount will be deducted as a processing fee
The customer cancels the order after the package is shipped Customers need to pay 15% of the total amount as shipping charge per walking pad/treadmill(Deduct the fee when making refund)
The customer refuses to accept the package Customers need to pay 15% of the total amount as shipping charge per walking pad/treadmill(Deduct the fee when making refund)
Change delivery address Customers need to pay an extra $20 per item

 

Quality Issues Refund

1.Within 30 days: Free return or exchange for defective products. Shipping fee can not be refunded

(IMPORTANT: For items that arrive damaged or is defective, YOU MUST provide video/photos to support your claim that the item arrived damaged or is malfunctioning. If a customer refuses to or failure to send photos/video of a claimed malfunctioning/damaged item, this return will be treated as "buyer’s remorse" and the customer is solely responsible for shipping it back.)

2.Over 30 days: Return is not acceptable; Accept exchange new product or partial refund

Must take a photo of the item in its original packaging to share with our Product Support team.

 

Non-quality Issues Refund

Only refund within 30 days: unworn, Unopened package, unused, be free of any wear and tear, dirt, dust, fragrance, or any other signs of use and must be in the same packaging and condition that you receive it, and must include all items that were inside the box.

We will deduct the shipping fee of 15% of the total amount for per one when we are making a refund for non-defective items/No-longer needed items.

If you return the item to our warehouse and it is found to be unboxed already, missing or damaged after inspection,we reserve the right to deny your refund request.If you would like us to return the item to you,you will be responsible for the return and delivery shipping costs.

 

RESTOCKING FEES

All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee which will be deducted from your refund if item is proven to be at customers fault for the reason for return. If the item has shipped and you want to cancel the order, even if you have not received it, the return shipping and restocking fees will apply.
