My item arrived but damaged! what do l do?
First, take a deep breath. It is difficult for major shipping companies to deliver heavy packages across the United States flawlessly every time. We recommend opening the box and looking inside. The items are packaged fairly well on the inside, so just because the outside box is stained doesn't mean the contents are dirty as well.
If you do encounter problems, please contact us immediately. Don't start disassembling the item just yet and put the item back in the box. This treadmill is quiet and easy to move around or hide away. The walking pad part is a great size, bigger than a lot of similar products so all family members can use it. All the functions have been easy to use. Set up was quick. Would highly recommend for either walking or running as the speed varies for your needs.
I did alot of research on walking pads before I purchased the WellFit Portable Walking Pad. I liked that the length and width of the walking pad was long and wider then most walking pads that I had looked at. It is also well made, easy to set up and the wheels make it easy to move around. I also like the WellFit app with the multiple workout options. All in all a great purchase!
I purchased this, because i wanted to keep my self moving. its easy to set up and convenient. easy to move the treadmill around, the speed goes up to 7.6
I love this treadmill. For the most part - it comes completely assembled. It is extremely sturdy yet lightweight and easy to move. The quality seems great for the price. The controls are simple to use, and it comes with a remote control and safety key. I use it for walking but it can also go plenty fast for running if desired. I did have one issue but customer service promptly took care of the problem.
After extensive research, I bought this Wellfit treadmill because of its large running belt. I have been very pleased with it after a couple of weeks of daily use. It's quiet and more than capable enough for my needs (I mostly walk between 3 and 4 mph. I love that you can mute the sound. I am not using the app so I cannot comment on that, but I really appreciate the simplicity and build quality of this machine.
