WELLFIT Health & Fitness Limited Warranty
MANUFACTURER LIMITED WARRANTY WELLFIT
Health & Fitness warrants its products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal, non-commercial use in the United States.
Warranty Coverage
- Structural Frame: 2 years standard (3 years for TM029, TM007, TM024, TM006) Warranty
- Start Date: The Limited Warranty period starts from the date of purchase of your WELLFIT Fitness product.
- Other Parts & Components: 180 days
- Repaired or Replaced Parts: Any component repaired or replaced under this Limited Warranty is covered for the rest of the original warranty period, or 30 days—whichever is longer—or as required by law.
- *Note: Once a full refund is issued, the warranty is voided and no further claims will be accepted.
How Do You Obtain Warranty Service?
i: If you believe your WELLFIT product has a defect covered under this Limited Warranty, stop using the product immediately and contact WELLFIT Support.

ii: To process your warranty claim, please provide the following:
- The order number of your WELLFIT product (if available)
- Proof of purchase or delivery date
- A clear description of the issue or defect
- Photos of the affected area(s), if helpful
- A short video showing the problem, especially for mechanical or electronic issues
- If WELLFIT determines that a product or component needs to be returned, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label or arrange pickup. Please follow all packing instructions to ensure the item is securely packaged.
- WELLFIT will cover the cost of return shipping for valid warranty claims.
- All warranty claims must be submitted within the valid warranty period based on the original purchase date.
How the WELLFIT Warranty Works
1. Part Replacement: Submit a video showing the issue. WELLFIT will ship replacement parts and provide installation guidance.
2. Local Repair: With prior approval, customers may hire a local technician. WELLFIT will reimburse labor costs upon receipt submission.
3. Free Replacement: If the product cannot be repaired during the warranty period, a replacement unit may be issued.
4. Full/Partial Refund: If repair or replacement is not viable, a refund may be offered based on usage and condition.
5. Technical Support: Our team is available to assist you throughout the troubleshooting and repair process online.
*WELLFIT reserves the right to determine the appropriate resolution and may require photo/video documentation before approving any claim.
*If the package shows signs of damage upon delivery, the customer must cooperate with the WELLFIT support team to inspect the product—such as opening the box and checking for visible or functional damage. If any damage is found, clear photo and video evidence must be provided. Based on the situation, WELLFIT may offer a replacement or refund. However, if the customer refuses to cooperate with the inspection process, WELLFIT reserves the right to deny any return or refund request.
Warranty Conditions
Eligibility: This Limited Warranty applies only to the original purchaser, or in the case of a gift, the original gift recipient with proof of purchase. The product must be purchased brand-new from WELLFIT or an authorized reseller.
Usage Requirements: The product must be used for personal, non-commercial household use only. Any use in commercial settings (e.g., gyms) will void the warranty.
Claim Requirements: All claims must include photo or video evidence of the issue and proof of purchase.
Warranty Scope: Replacement units or parts do not reset or extend the original warranty coverage.
Claim Review: WELLFIT will assess all submitted evidence and determine the most appropriate resolution—repair, replacement, or partial/full refund—based on the issue.
Exclusions – Not Covered Under Warranty
This limited warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by misuse, abuse, improper storage, or unauthorized modifications
- Normal wear and tear (e.g., grips, belts, cords, foot pads, scratches, dents, paint)
- Noise from normal usage or inadequate maintenance Use in commercial environments or transported outside the U.S.
- WELLFIT is not liable for incidental or consequential damages, including but not limited to: Loss of profits or revenue
- Inconvenience, assembly/reassembly, or third-party service costs
- Product failures due to electrical misuse (e.g., sharing circuits, voltage surges)
Electrical Requirements
To avoid electrical-related issues, plug WELLFIT treadmills into a dedicated 16–20A circuit breaker. Electrical damage from improper use is not covered by this warranty.The treadmill requires a power source and must be plugged into a GROUNDED outlet for safe operation.
Legal Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
WELLFIT only guarantees what is clearly stated in this warranty. We do not provide any additional promises—such as whether the product is suitable for a particular purpose or whether it meets general expectations—beyond the time period listed here.
WELLFIT is also not responsible for any extra costs, losses, or damages that happen because of product issues. In all cases, WELLFIT’s total liability shall not exceed the original purchase price of the product. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights that vary from state to state.
