How the Warranty Works:
- a)Part Replacement: Send us a video of the issue, and we'll ship the required parts along with step-by-step video instructions.
- b)Local Repair: If a local technician is more convenient, you may have the repair done locally with WELLFIT approval. Just send us a video of the issue before repair and a copy of the receipt after-we'll reimburse the cost.
- c)Free Replacement: If the product cannot be repaired during the warranty period, you will get a free replacement.
- d)Full or Partial Refund: If repair or replacement isn't feasible or preferred, we may offer a refund based on the product's condition and the issue's severity.
- e)Professional Support: We provide professional support with a dedicated technical team for online technical assistance.

About Extended Warranty
Extended coverage is supplementary to the original warranty. Suppose the item has a 1-year factory warranty plus a 3-year extended warranty, your total coverage will last 4 years. The extended service will start once the standard warranty ends.

What's the difference between "Extended Warranty Plan" and "Extended Protection"?
These two options refer to the exact same extended coverage service. They are just displayed in different forms on the product page: one is listed as an individual product, while the other is presented as an add-on plugin. Both serve as extended warranty for your item. You may purchase the standalone product within 30 days after buying the treadmill, while the add-on plugin can only be purchased together with the treadmill at checkout.

How to File a Claim
If Your Covered Product is damaged or malfunctioned, please report the issue at
Cancellation
You may cancel your Plan and subject to a refund. Amount of your refund will be depending on a number of factors. If your order is canceled prior to delivery, we will issue a full refund. If you have received the product and put it in use for a period of time, depending of the duration since purchase, we will issue a pro-rata refund, and minus any claims that have been paid out.
