DO your items have a product warranty?

All WELLFIT products are guaranteed for 24 months(Rower for 1 year, TM029, TM007, TM024 and TM006 for 3 years). To see details and specifics, you can read Click to learn

How is your warranty policy works?

1. Part Replacement: Submit a video showing the issue. WELLFIT will ship replacement parts and provide installation guidance. 

2. Local Repair: With prior approval, customers may hire a local technician. WELLFIT will reimburse labor costs upon receipt submission. 

3. Free Replacement: If the product cannot be repaired during the warranty period, a replacement unit may be issued. 

4. Full/Partial Refund: If repair or replacement is not viable, a refund may be offered based on usage and condition. 

5. Technical Support: Our team is available to assist you throughout the troubleshooting and repair process online. 

*WELLFIT reserves the right to determine the appropriate resolution and may require photo/video documentation before approving any claim.

*If the package shows signs of damage upon delivery, the customer must cooperate with the WELLFIT support team to inspect the product—such as opening the box and checking for visible or functional damage. If any damage is found, clear photo and video evidence must be provided. Based on the situation, WELLFIT may offer a replacement or refund. However, if the customer refuses to cooperate with the inspection process, WELLFIT reserves the right to deny any return or refund request.

DO I need to pay tax when purchasing WELLFIT products?

There are no taxes on the cost of WELLFIT, consumers do not need to pay the 7%-15% sales tax.

What payment methods does WELLFIT support for purchase?

How long will it take to get my order?

It takes 1-2 business days for us to process your order once you have submitted it. Once it's processed, it will then ship out and take another 1-5 business days to deliver depending on what state you live in and what delivery options you chose (Economy, Ground, 3-Day, Next Day, etc). Where do you ship from?

Our warehouses are located in: NJ CA , TX, and GA. We will match the nearest warehouse for delivery according to the user's delivery address

Does the product need to be assembled?

The TM010, TM002 and all walking pads do not need to be assembled, and can be used after opening. 

The treadmill needs simple assembly, but it can be completed easily. If you have any installation problems, please send an email to service@wellfittreadmill.com

My item arrived but damaged! what should I do?

First, take a deep breath. It is difficult for major shipping companies to deliver heavy packages across the United States flawlessly every time. We recommend opening the box and looking inside. The items are packaged fairly well on the inside, so just because the outside box is stained doesn't mean the contents are dirty as well.

If you do encounter problems, please contact us immediately. Don't start disassembling the item just yet and put the item back in the box. Please contact us first to see if there is an easier solution.
